Deciding who your entertainment will be is a big desision.
Here are a few things to keep in mind before hiring your DJ:
Do you have insurance?
Yes we are insured. Insurance will give you and your guests the security and protection they need, as well as the expensive DJ gear!
Do you have a written contract?
Yes! All of Partytime's terms will be stated on a signed agreement between the representitive and the client prior to the event.
How far in advance should I book you for my event?
The weekend is the busiest time of week for us and tends to book fast. We recommend contacting us as soon as you have decided on a date.
Do you have back up equipment?
Yes. Even the most reliable technology can fail. That's why Partytime is prepared with reinforcements of equiptment and DJs in the unlikely case of an emergency.
Will you take my music requests?
Yes. It is our job to make sure you and your guests have the best time possible. All of your requests are important to us and we will see that all of your needs are met while playing what's appropriate for the crowd.
How will my DJ dress?
All of our staff will be formally dressed to fit in with the event.
What time will my DJ arrive at the venue?
Your DJ will arrive a minimum of 120 minutes prior to the start of the event with music ready to play 15 minutes prior.
Do you provide music for cocktail hours and ceremonies?
Yes. If needed we are able to provide any services your your entire event. Including what happens before the party.
What is a fair tip for a DJ?
Any gratuity is dependent on you level of satisfaction In most cases clients tip 20-30%, but any gratuity is highly appreciated!
